dotmedias have one goal and it is to provide the best marketing services to help your business succeed.
You will be asked one time or another to enter personnal informations on certain fields of the website.
All informations we collect is secured; your personnal informations will not be sold to third party companies.
Throught this page we will use certain terms like "We" (dotmedias company), "Affiliate" (any affiliated business),
"Service" (any service package) and "Website"/"Site" (dotmedias.com domain).

1.1 We can suspend your account at any time if we don't receive appropriate payments.
You account may be reactivated once appropriate payments are received.
1.2 We can suspend your account at any time if you use our services to do some illegal activities.
2. Acceptable use of our services
2.1 It is the sole responsibility of the customer to follow all applicable laws to ensure its website
is legal and contains accurate informations. Sites found in violation of laws or judged innapropriate
will be baned from dotmedias' services without any notice or refund. If your account has been terminated, it
is your responsibility to ask us why it has been removed.
2.2 We cannot be held responsible for the content on our clients' website.
2.3 In order to comply with major search engines policies, we cannot accept websites of the following subject:
gambling, medication, violence or any illegal activity.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse the use of our services to anyone.
3. Refund policy
3.1 Complete refund may only occur if we are unable to provide the service you paid for. This covers all
our services.
3.2 Partial refunds may not occur if we cancel the service.
3.3 Partial refunds may occur if the service is not all provided to the customer.
For example, if we are unable to spend all your monthly advertising budget we will refund the amount we were not
able to spend. We may at the same time reduce the monthly advertising budget.
3.4 No refund will be provided if the account of the client is terminated for any reason.
4. Updates to the Terms and conditions
4.1 Terms and conditions may be updated at any time by dotmedias. Changes may not be publicly announced. It
is the sole responsibility for the user to read the terms and conditions.
5. Limitations of responsability
5.1 We cannot be held responsible if our website or any customer's website is not 100% uptime.
5.2 We cannot be held responsible for any loss of data. If we host your website, you have to take your own backup
to ensure your data is safe.
