WebNetJoe.Com is a well-known "bulk traffic" rip-off scam. It sells traffic starting at $10 for 10,000 visitors and up to $450 for 1,000,000 visitors (targeted).
Many people reported this website to be a scam so we decided to try it ourself. What we discovered is that they send bulk global traffic (worldwide). If you use Google Analytics to track visits you will not see any new visitor after your campaign has started (if you buy normal traffic, not guarenteed signups). You can see server requests when you check your server logs, but you will not see any real human request in Google Analytics.
They offer "Untargeted traffic", "Trageted traffic", "Adult Traffic" and "Alexa Traffic". They also offer "Guarenteed signups". Those signups are absolutely not legitimate. They are made by people sitting at home making money just to join programs and websites and let you feel like you have interested members. The condition to have guaranteed signups is that it must be free to join/signup.
This kind of traffic will never ever generate a sale.
